South Florida

The Northeast Corridor of the South

Upscale, diverse, international. The most popular destination for Northeast transplants. Established communities, direct flights to every major Northeast city, world-class dining and shopping, and the largest concentration of Northeast expats in Florida.

Central Florida

The Heart of the Sunshine State

Family-centric, growing fast, diverse economy. Orlando and Tampa are booming with job growth in healthcare, technology, and hospitality. The Gulf Coast offers beautiful beaches, while inland areas offer more affordable housing and new construction homes.

North Florida

Space, Value, and Southern Charm

More laid-back, slower pace, and significantly more affordable. Jacksonville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the US. St. Augustine offers historic charm. The Panhandle has some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Generally fewer Northeast transplants, but growing fast.
